tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-333399202011-12-14T11:57:03.988+08:00movies, music, television, technology, life and other cool hip & happening stuffridzuannoreply@blogger.comBlogger11100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33339920.post-44925525792998036452008-06-24T00:12:00.003+08:002008-06-24T00:45:23.293+08:00hi folks,<br /><br />welcome to my pathetic, challenging, boring and confused life. hope its getting better by the days. still doing the same old thing everyday. wake up. go to work. auto in answering technical support and password/id issue phone calls for IBM from National Healthcare of Singapore (thats singapore's hospital and polyclinics, you fool). the work is kinda fun and easy. beside this job i dont even know what else i can do in this ever-growing IT industry. call centre industry has always been my expertise, last time i was with VADS answering calls for Tmnet Streamyx, which sucked. got scolded by end users every single day for the mistake done and lack of resposibilities by others. but that made me stronger and moved on to better job. since then i have been improving a lot. <br /><br />oh yea people say im quiet but i do love to talk to people and really make their day. who knows maybe someday they will return my help (remember karma?) although i cant see them face to face, but i feel them like they are really here, thanks to the power of voices and modern communication that brings us so near no matter where we are. people say 'what a small world' and to me its really true. <br /><br />have you ever heard of the 'six degrees of separation' theory indicating that every person in this world is connected to each other by the chain of six people (google that if you want to know more) and i guess that is true too. for example, who knows maybe your bus driver might be your long lost uncle or your father's old bestfriend. i know this sounds like weird and might be a concidence, but dont mistake coincidence with fate. because everything happens, it happens for a reason. go figure.<br /><br />thats all for now. see ya in the next entry.<div class="blogger-post-footer"><img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/33339920-4492552579299803645?l=ridxuan.blogspot.com' alt='' /></div>ridzuannoreply@blogger.com0
